Shipping Information

Where we ship, how long it takes and how tracking works.

Where we ship

We deliver to most countries in the European Union, plus selected European countries shown at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, we cannot ship there yet.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During sales periods processing can take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Some items ship from international warehouses. In rare cases customs checks can add a few days — this is outside our control, but we monitor every shipment until it arrives.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs (or free-shipping thresholds, when active) are always displayed at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees from us.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email once the parcel ships. You can also check status any time on the Track Order page using your order number and email.

Split shipments

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels (different warehouses). You never pay extra for split shipments.

Problems with delivery?

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 days, or the parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us — we will investigate with the carrier and make it right (reshipment or refund where applicable).
