The rules that apply when you shop on trendiyshop.com.

1. General

These terms govern all orders placed on trendiyshop.com (“Trendiy”, “we”). By placing an order you accept these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights under EU consumer law.

2. Products and prices

All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. We take care to display accurate product information, but small variations (e.g. colour rendering) can occur. Obvious pricing errors may lead to cancellation with a full refund.

3. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, unavailability or pricing errors — always with a full refund of any amount paid.

4. Payment

Payment is due at checkout through the methods shown there. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers; we never store card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Information. If delivery fails permanently for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal per EU law. The process is described in Returns & Refunds.

7. Warranty

EU legal conformity warranty applies to all products. Faulty items are replaced or refunded as described in our returns policy.

8. Liability

We are liable per applicable law. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g. carrier strikes, customs delays), though we will always help resolve them.
