Who we are

Data we collect
- Order data — name, shipping address, email, phone (if provided), items ordered. Needed to fulfil your purchase.
- Payment data — processed entirely by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). We never receive or store full card numbers.
- Account data — email and order history if you create an account.
- Technical data — device, browser and usage data collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Cookie Policy).
Why we process it
- To fulfil orders and provide customer support (contract).
- To meet legal obligations (invoicing, tax).
- To improve the store and measure advertising (legitimate interest / consent, where required).
Sharing
We share data only with the services needed to run the store: payment processing, suppliers and logistics partners who ship your order, hosting, and analytics/advertising platforms (e.g. TikTok pixel) as described in the Cookie Policy. We never sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some suppliers and logistics partners are located outside the EU. Where personal data (typically your delivery address) is transferred to them, it is limited to what is necessary to deliver your order.
Retention
Order data is kept as long as required by tax and commercial law. Account data is kept until you delete your account. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent.
