Track Your Order
Enter your order number and the email you used at checkout.
Your order number is in the confirmation email (e.g. #12345). Tracking becomes available once the parcel ships — you also receive the tracking number by email.
Tracking not updating?
International parcels can take a few days to show the first scan. If nothing updates for more than 10 days, contact us and we will check with the carrier.
